This contract opportunity invites talented SLPs to utilize their expertise within supportive school communities, working directly onsite at well-established K-8 and high school campuses. You'll be collaborating with educators and support staff to empower students through the development of essential communication skills during crucial periods for these school teams.

Openings cover upcoming maternity leaves: one assignment at a K-8 school with multiple ASD units, and the other at a vibrant high school campus, each offering you the chance to focus on a single school and truly get to know your caseload. Each SLP will serve one designated campus per assignment, ensuring continuity and consistent support for students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, active Florida SLP licensure (CCC required)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, therapy, and individualized treatment plans for students based on IEPs
• Work closely with existing SLPs and SLPAs for collaborative problem-solving and resource sharing
• Maintain thorough records and document student progress per district guidelines
• Engage with parents, teachers, and support teams to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
