Strategic Finance Partner

To support strategic decision-making across the go-to-market organization, the full-time Strategic Finance Partner will manage financial planning, forecasting, and performance metrics while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead financial planning across revenue, ARR, bookings, gross margin, and operating expenses for annual and long-range planning Establish and manage key performance metrics to evaluate sales efficiency, customer retention, and unit economics Analyze business trends to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives such as pricing and channel strategy Required qualifications 6-8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company Strong financial modeling skills, including experience with detailed P&Ls and ARR models Experience supporting go-to-market organizations, including Sales and Marketing Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and customer retention Ability to communicate complex data clearly and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership
