Machine Technician/Operator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team across multiple shifts. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor machinery performance, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.This position requires working in a hot manufacturing environment and performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Candidates should have previous machine operation or manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently during the 3rd shiftMonitor machines for alarms, performance changes, or unusual soundsPerform basic machine adjustments and communicate mechanical concerns to leadershipComplete required documentation and production logs accuratelyMaintain a clean and safe workspace and follow all safety proceduresWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goalsSupport company policies, procedures, and performance standardsPerform additional duties as assignedJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious machine operation or manufacturing experienceAbility to work in a hot environment for the full duration of the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform continuous physical activityStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsDependable, safety‑oriented, and able to work independentlyMust pass a pre‑employment drug testMust be available for overtime as neededNice to Have (Not Required)Experience working with plastics manufacturingPrior exposure to blow molding processesMechanical troubleshooting experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
