The team is responsible for supporting sales force effectiveness initiatives, sales incentive plan administration, onboarding processes, and continuous improvement activities that drive operational excellence and business performance.This position is based in Prague, Czechia and is designated as a Remote role. No travel is required.As a Senior Sales Administrator, you will support the administration and optimisation of sales operations processes across EMEA and APAC. This role focuses on sales incentive plan (SIP) administration, commercial onboarding, sales force effectiveness initiatives, and cross-functional process improvement.You will workcloselywithCommercial,Finance,HumanResources,InformationTechnology,andcountrystakeholderstoensuretheaccurateexecutionofprogrammesandprocessesthatsupportsalesperformanceandorganisationalefficiency.PrimaryResponsibilitiesSupportsalesforceeffectivenessactivities,includingterritorydesign,accountsegmentation,targetsetting,andsalesforcesizinginitiatives.AdministerSalesIncentivePlans(SIP)acrossEMEAandAPACmarkets,ensuringaccuracy,compliance,andtimelyexecution.Coordinateandsupporttheimplementationofsalesincentiveprogrammes,includingspecialincentiveprogrammes(SPIFFs)andrecognitioninitiatives.Manageonboardingactivitiesforcommercialemployees,ensuringaconsistentandefficientemployeeexperience.Analysesalesandoperationaldatatosupportdecision-making,programmeeffectiveness,andbusinessperformance.CollaboratewithFinance,HumanResources,Commercialteams,andotherstakeholderstoresolveoperationalissuesandimproveprocessexecution.Leadandcontributetocross-functionalprocessimprovementprojectsthatenhanceefficiency,scalability,andeffectivenessacrosscommercialoperations.Maintainreporting,documentation,andoperationalcontrolstosupportongoingsalesoperationsactivities.RequiredQualificationsBachelor'sdegreeand5+yearsofrelevantexperienceinsalesoperations,businessanalytics,commercialoperations,orarelatedbusinessfunction.Experienceadministeringsalesincentiveprogrammes,salesoperationsprocesses,orcommercialsupportactivitiesinaregionalorglobalorganisation.AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftPowerPointandMicrosoftWord.ProfessionalfluencyinwrittenandspokenEnglish.Experienceworkingwithmultiplestakeholdersacrossfunctionsandgeographies.PreferredQualificationsExperiencesupportingsalesforceeffectivenessinitiatives,includingterritorydesign,accountsegmentation,targetsetting,orsalesforcesizing.Experienceworkinginamulticulturalandgeographicallydiversebusinessenvironment.Knowledgeofbusinessintelligenceandreportingtools,includingTableauandPowerBI.Experienceparticipatinginorleadingcross-functionalprocessimprovementinitiatives.PreviousexperiencesupportingEMEAand/orAPACcommercialoperations.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. ‌Recruitment Fraud AlertWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
