Job Description The Farmers Insurance District office is looking for talented new agents to come grow our district in Lane County and beyond! You will receive product and sales training that is exclusively offered through our District Office, as well as work hands on with one of our top performing Agents in the District. Is prior insurance sales experience required? No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful, as well as pay for your licensure. What is the culture like in your company? Will I have to purchase my own leads? Absolutely not! We provide all of the leads! Our salespeople never have to worry about reaching out to their friends or family and asking them for business.
