The Role The Marketing Strategy Consultant is an advisor responsible for guiding clients and their leadership teams to execute our proven marketing and revenue strategies and achieve measurable financial outcomes across their business. This is not a coaching-only role, it is a high-impact advisory position where your value is delivered through strategic direction, structured accountability, and expert guidance on our proprietary business system. We are looking for a marketing leader who has built and run their own agency, or led a marketing function at agency scale, and knows firsthand what it takes to deliver client results across multiple accounts at once. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic guide for multiple clients simultaneously, equipping their teams with the frameworks, skills, and accountability structures needed to hit revenue targets. You lead clients to the right decisions; their teams execute them. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Execution Guide client leadership through our 144-point business implementation framework across all six revenue pillars Diagnose where marketing and revenue are leaking and prioritize the highest-impact fixes first, the same way you would triage a client account book Set clear KPIs, accountability structures, and reporting cadences for each client Hold clients accountable to daily tracking, activity standards, and execution commitments Strategic & Marketing Guidance Translate our 10X Business System into a specific, sequenced marketing and revenue action plan for each client Bring agency-level command of paid media, brand positioning, funnels, content, and campaign performance to every client engagement Help clients leverage our Office Hours and daily access to Subject Matter Experts in CRM, data, workflows, media buying, landing pages, and AI to accelerate results Outcomes & Retention Drive measurable revenue gains and document specific dollar outcomes and timeframes Maximize client retention and expansion through consistent, high-value engagement Convert client wins into case studies, testimonials, and referrals, drawing on your experience building an agency's own proof-of-results portfolio Qualifications Prior ownership, founding, or senior leadership role in a small-to-mid-size marketing agency, with direct accountability for client results and agency revenue Hands-on command of paid media, SEO/content, brand strategy, funnels, and marketing automation, not just theory Experience managing agency P&L, delivery margin, or a marketing department budget Proven track record advising or operating businesses to measurable revenue growth Strong consultative and executive-presence skills, able to influence business owners and leadership teams Comfortable being client facing on Zoom calls Comfortable holding clients accountable to high standards without owning their day-to-day execution Highly organized, able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, the way an agency principal manages a client roster Strongly Preferred Experience running a portfolio of client accounts concurrently across industries, an agency-model advantage that transfers directly to this role Deep experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), marketing automation, and revenue operations tooling Experience leading a marketing, creative, or media buying team Experience leading a Sales Team Track record converting client outcomes into marketable proof (case studies, testimonials, ROI data) Familiarity with the Grant Cardone Brand You Are Direct, decisive, and accountable Energized by ownership, not insulated by process, the mindset of someone who has run their own shop A coach who develops people without lowering the bar Confident operating at a high pace with high standards Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting to teams Key Success Metrics Client Retention Revenue Expansion Client Success and Case Studies Client Reviews Above Benchmark KPI The Opportunity Step into a true marketing and revenue advisory leadership role with direct impact on multiple businesses Directly influence business outcomes across industries without owning day-to-day execution Unlimited earning potential tied to performance and client results Work inside a proven system with elite-level training and support from Grant Cardone Enterprises Be part of a mission to scale businesses globally 10X TOTAL REWARDS Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and company holidays Immersion in the 10X culture — live events, content, and a world-class professional network Direct access to Grant Cardone's executive team and proven growth systems COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY Grant Cardone Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer.
