Senior Technical Sourcer — Build AI Talent Pipelines

David AI is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to own top-of-funnel talent generation across engineering, product, and business/ops. You will build sourcing strategies and pipelines, working with hiring managers and recruiters to identify and engage candidates who aren’t actively looking. In this role you’ll run outbound campaigns, calibrate what constitutes high-signal talent, and keep pipelines full as the company scales.
