What We Offer: Nurse Next Door People Promise, you love coming to work 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions 24/7 assistance related to client care In home care with private clients Competitive hourly pay: $45–$55/hour (DOE) Mileage reimbursement for client visits Supportive clinical team and leadership Opportunity to grow into part‑time or full‑time roles Responsibilities and Duties: Perform in‑home client assessments and re‑assessments Provide nursing services within RN scope of practice Support development and updates of client care plans Monitor client status and communicate changes to the clinical team Document all visits accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and care team to ensure quality care Provide patient education and support to clients and families Requirements: Must be able to legally work in Oregon, USA to apply for this position Previous experience in home health, hospice, or acute care preferred Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Strong understanding of In‑home care and home health regulations CPR certification and TB clearance required Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills Nurse Next Door is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
