Description: The Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology will provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division. This role aligns with strategic goals focused on innovation and excellence. The director will oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department. Responsibilities include delivering personalized, high-quality patient care with an emphasis on minimally invasive surgical techniques. Collaboration across departments will be essential to foster interdisciplinary cancer care. Driving innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using advanced robotic platforms is expected. The director will lead and mentor a team of surgeons and advanced practice providers. Development and implementation of research and educational initiatives are part of this role. Engaging in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities is important. A skilled, diverse surgical team will be cultivated with a commitment to workforce development. Robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time will be available from day one. Participation in a shared call schedule will support work-life balance. Candidates are required to have appropriate certifications and comply with vaccination protocols.
