Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Join a Mission‑Driven Team Dedicated to Serving Seniors and Families. We are a client‑focused, growth‑oriented, results‑oriented, servant‑leader firm looking for a driven and empathetic sales professional to build and grow our presence in West Virginia. Who We Are Jarvis Law is a leading elder law and estate planning firm with offices in Dublin, Lancaster, and St. Clairsville, Ohio. This position will be based out of our new Parkersburg, WV office. Training for this role will be conducted primarily in our Parkersburg office and will include travel for educational workshops, community outreach events, and client appointments throughout central and western West Virginia. Mission Building trust – establishing relationships as compassionate advisors who guide clients through complex legal decisions. Providing clarity – educating families about estate planning and elder law with professionalism and care. Delivering excellence – helping clients find personalized solutions through effective consultations and follow‑ups. Responsibilities Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess needs and educate them on our estate planning and elder law services. Build rapport and trust with prospective clients, helping them understand the importance of planning for their future. Lead clients to make informed decisions about protecting their assets and securing their legacy. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and value to clients. Work closely with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless client transitions from consultation to legal planning. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up effectively to maximize conversions. Represent Jarvis Law with professionalism, integrity, and a client‑first mindset. Qualifications A high level of empathy and strong relationship‑building skills. At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high‑value sales environment. Prior experience in customer service (5+ years preferred). A track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales goals. Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way. The ability to relate to diverse clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Experience in the elder care or legal services industry (preferred but not required). A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our case management system. Comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment, with accountability to key metrics including client outcomes, revenue, conversion rates, and quality standards. A professional, positive demeanor with the ability to show tact, empathy, and diplomacy. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Must be willing to travel within West Virginia and southeastern Ohio. Compensation $75,000 per year plus bonus potential (expected earnings to exceed $100,000 with performance‑based incentives). This is an in‑office role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
