Electrical Journey Person

General Motors is seeking a Mechanical Journeyperson to support automotive manufacturing operations in our Skilled Labor department. In this role, you’ll install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical production equipment, including conveyors, presses and automated systems supporting EV and conventional vehicle production. You’ll interpret blueprints and schematics, perform precision alignments, machining and welding, complete preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement. You’ll work collaboratively in a safety‑focused, inclusive environment that values craftsmanship, learning and innovation.
