Your Role Includes
- Utilizing radiographic and CT methodologies to produce top-quality diagnostic images for healthcare providers
- Teaming up with radiologists and the broader medical team to deliver accurate diagnostic results
- Accurately positioning patients and tuning imaging equipment for optimal outputs
- Implementing radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues alike
- Keeping meticulous records of imaging activities as well as equipment upkeep
- Delivering compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging experience
- Helping to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient imaging workspace
- An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program
- Current ARRT certification (either in CT or Radiography)
- BLS certification required or to be obtained within 90 days post-hire
- Solid understanding of diagnostic imaging standards and safety practices
- Proficient communication skills with both patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced setting with rapidly changing demands
- Detail-oriented approach coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable with PACS, RIS, and advanced imaging technology
