Schedule: 8 hour shift

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Dental Hygiene practice skills for all levels of periodontal disease prevention and treatment, including, prophylaxis, hand scaling, ultrasonic, piezoelectric and air abrasion.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene
• Perform oral examinations to assess patients' oral health
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Take X-rays and assist in treatment planning
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Administer fluoride varnish treatments and apply sealants as needed
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in the state of Florida
• CPR/BLS Certification
• X-ray certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on dental hygiene experience
• Work Location: In person
