Acquisitions Manager

A growing real estate company is seeking an experienced Acquisitions Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure new property opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, financial analysis, and deal execution, with the ability to independently manage acquisitions from sourcing through closing.

Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities, including residential, commercial, or development deals.
Conduct financial analysis, underwriting, and feasibility assessments for potential acquisitions.
Lead negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Manage the acquisition process end-to-end, including due diligence, contracts, and closing.

Skills:

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to identify and assess market trends and opportunities.
High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate acquisitions (developer, investment firm, or brokerage).
Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation, and deal structuring.
Experience working with brokers, legal teams, and financial partners.
Ability to take ownership of deals and operate independently.

Location: Brooklyn, NY | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $110-150k+.
