We’re looking for an energetic team member who loves working with kids! Experience with children is a must, and familiarity with OP assisting is helpful, though minimal experience is needed—we value someone with strong soft skills, a kind and approachable bedside manner, and the ability to make our young patients feel comfortable and at ease.
This is an opportunity for a F ull time Dental Assistant working Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm & every other Saturday 7AM-1:30PM . The Compensation Structure is based on expierence and starts at $35,000+ annually.

Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
Take and develop dental X-rays.
Ensure patient comfort and provide guidance on oral hygiene.
Handle basic administrative tasks, such as digital charting and visit notes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
CPR certification (BLS) – preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous experience 1+ years in dental office
Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
Experience working with children in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
Familiarity with assisting with Hygiene
software is helpful but not required; training can be provided.
Strong soft skills, including empathy, patience, and excellent bedside manner with pediatric patients.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
