The UX Engineer (Employee Platforms & Enablement Engineer) designs, builds, modernizes, and supports employee-facing digital experiences and operational solutions across organization, including ONE, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Google Workspace. Support a high-volume migration of internal HR applications from Microsoft-based tools to Google-based solutions. The UX Engineer will perform hands-on development, rebuild applications, gather stakeholder requirements, support testing and validation, manage changing priorities, and collaborate with a global HR organization. The individual may serve as lead developer for assigned work while remaining closely connected to the team.
