Enjoy competitive pay, full benefits, and the opportunity to make a real impact behind the scenes in patient care.Pay Details: $155,000 - $165,000 a year (DOE) Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacist in Charge:Work in a closed-door long-term care pharmacy environment reviewing, mixing, packaging, labeling, and preparing IV medication orders for rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare providers Collaborate closely with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate medication dispensing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care while contributing to a team-oriented culture that supports operational excellence Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist in Charge:Clear and Valid Pharmacist License in the state of Nevada and CaliforniaBachelors Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of PharmacyBenefits for the Pharmacist:Benefits begin on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employmentMedical, Dental, VisionBasic Life and AD&D Insurance, disability coverage, and EAP.HSA, FSA, and 401K optionsTuition Reimbursement up to $4,000/Year for Tuition, CEUs & CertificationsPTO & Holidays (PTO is accrued for each hour worked up to the annual maximum (11 days for first year). + 7 Paid Holidays)Pet InsuranceReady to take the next step?
