Role Overview


As a User Experience Designer specializing in visual design , you will craft innovative solutions that address user, product, and business needs. Your focus will be on delivering polished product assets and marketing support materials, while maintaining a cohesive brand presence across multiple platforms and surfaces.

• Apply, adapt, and define visual design frameworks including principles, patterns, and systems.
• Use design tools to visualize ideas, develop mock-ups, and prototypes that advance the product vision.
• Create thoughtful, rigor-driven design proposals that balance short-term requirements with long-term scalability across design systems, ensuring hierarchy, visual saliency, and accessibility.
• Generate multiple design approaches and clearly communicate rationale for recommended solutions.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in visual design principles (iconography, typography, color, imagery, layout, marketing assets), user-centered methodologies, and design systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX peers to advocate for visual design and brand value, negotiating and influencing design intent for implementation.

• Brand Application : Strong understanding of design systems and brand consistency
• Aesthetic Sensibility : Ability to craft visually compelling experiences
• Craftsmanship : Advanced proficiency in execution and detail
• Product Design Knowledge : Understanding of product development lifecycles
• Presentations & Storytelling : Communicate design rationale effectively
• Systems Thinking : Ability to scale design solutions across platforms
• User Behavior : Insight into user needs and interaction patterns
• Interactive Technology : Familiarity with modern interactive tools and platforms

• Degree in UX Design, Visual Design, or Visual Communications
• Expertise in Figma and other design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design expertise and deep understanding of interaction design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork abilities
• 7+ years of professional experience
