Head of Product Management

Seeking an experienced Head of Product Management, the full-time remote role will own the product strategy and roadmap for Andesa's carrier policy administration and emerging broker plan administration platforms, while building a high-performing product management team and integrating market insights into product development. Key responsibilities Develop and publish an integrated product roadmap for both software platforms while establishing a clear strategy for category leadership and growth Build a market intelligence practice to provide insights on competitors, regulatory shifts, and buyer trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations Establish a Voice of Customer program to gather insights and prioritize investments based on client feedback and market demands Required qualifications 8+ years in product management, with 3-5 years in leadership roles at an enterprise software company Proven experience in building product management teams and developing product vision and roadmaps Strong analytical skills and commercial fluency, particularly in pricing and tying product investments to business outcomes Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and engage in executive-level discussions Bachelor's degree required
