Maintenance Technician - Property Maintenance - Edmond OK
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated **Maintenance Technician **to join our clients team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure commercial and residential properties remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
Pay Range
- $15-23/hr (based on experience)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Complete preventative maintenance to minimize future repair needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition
- Communicate effectively with management regarding repairs and property conditions
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to Edmond.
- Valid driver’s license preferred
