Assessments may include cognitive, sensory, neuromuscular, perceptual motor, psychosocial, functional daily living, work‑related skills, and home/work/community environments. Provides education on the treatment program, disease processes, and injury prevention to patients and interdisciplinary team members. Delegates aspects of care to OTAs or rehabilitation aides as appropriate. Demonstrates the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, adapt to changing situations, and interact positively with diverse individuals. Performs all job duties or tasks as assigned and follows all licensing, regulatory, and organizational procedures.
