Sr. Tech Lead – Solutions Engineering | Azure | SaaS Platform | Atlanta (Hybrid)
I'm partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to find a Senior Tech Lead for Solutions, a hands-on technical leadership role focused on driving enterprise customer implementations from design through go-live.
What you'll be doing
You'll own the technical execution of complex customer deployments end to end. That means leading solution architecture, integration planning, dependency management, and technical risk assessment, then staying actively involved through UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilisation. This isn't a purely advisory role. When things get complicated, you step in hands-on to troubleshoot, prototype, and validate.
You'll work closely with Product, Core Engineering, QA, and DevOps to make sure customer-specific solutions are technically sound, scalable, and operationally ready before they go anywhere near production.
What we're looking for
7+ years across software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical delivery. Strong enough technically to design, review, and challenge integration patterns, customisation requirements, and data flows. Proven experience with enterprise systems integrations or large-scale SaaS implementations.
Comfortable communicating technical risk and delivery status clearly to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred on top of that: Azure-based architecture experience, familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling, and a background in customer-facing or post-sales technical delivery.
