Job Description Nurse Manager An outstanding rural community hospital outside Fort Morgan, Colorado, is seeking a Nurse Manager for a Long-term Care setting. Offering: $73, 800 - $93, 600/annually + Sign-On and Relocation Assistance + up to 6 months of free housing Nurse Manager Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
- Report to the Assisted Living Administrator and Director of Nursing
- Offers a comprehensive and robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision, as well as FSA/HSA and education assistance
- Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards
- Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership
- Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
- 5+ years of Long-term care nursing experience
- Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS upon hire
- Previous experience in Supervision/Management is required
