Your Role: As a Multiple Myeloma APN, you'll wear many hats:

Clinical Expert: Apply evidence-based practices, evaluate patient/family transition of care, and complete medication reconciliations.
Educator: Facilitate patient-centered coordinated care through interdisciplinary team rounds and educational programs.
Change Agent: Identify practice gaps, initiate evidence-based changes, and align practices with organizational pillars.
Research Advocate: Engage in research, disseminate findings, and contribute to nursing's body of knowledge.

Your Profile/Qualifications:

Master's degree as an ANP
Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License and Advance Practice Nurse License or willing to obtain
AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
Maintain NP Board Certification
