Why You’ll Love Working Here

• Hybrid schedule: Full-time psychologists are required to be in-office a minimum of two days per week for client appointments; report writing may be completed remotely the remainder of the week.
• Clear productivity structure: Monthly baseline report requirement with additional compensation for every report completed above the baseline .
• Competitive earnings: $120,000–$200,000 annually once licensed.
• Administrative efficiency: Full administrative support, including insurance verification, scheduling, and intake coordination.
• Streamlined reporting: Use of report-writing software to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Work-life balance: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.

About Us

Stonebridge Behavioral Health, PA is a multidisciplinary mental health practice headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, with services extending to West Texas and the Rio Grande Valley. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive psychological evaluations and clinical services to diverse and often under-served populations.

We specialize in working with children and adolescents, and the majority of our clients are Medicaid recipients. Many are referred through Child Protective Services (CPS) and the foster care system, as well as juvenile detention programs. We also frequently assess and support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning concerns, and complex behavioral or emotional needs.
