The Pediatric Endocrinology Division at our organization, in collaboration with the Geisel School of Medicine, is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our faculty in Manchester, New Hampshire. Candidates will have the option to indicate a preference for one or both locations.
Our pediatric service is part of an integrated academic healthcare system serving northern New England. We operate comprehensive multispecialty outpatient pediatric centers in Manchester, the largest city in New Hampshire, as well as at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) in Lebanon. DHMC is home to our inpatient pediatric unit, PICU, and level III NICU, in addition to the NCI-designated Norris Cotton Cancer Center and the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. According to US News & World Report, DHMC is recognized as the top hospital in New Hampshire.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong general clinical skills in pediatric endocrinology and possess the interpersonal abilities necessary to foster long-term relationships with patients and their families. While subspecialty training in specific areas is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
