Position Detail This Clinical Lead role includes up to a 70/30 clinical‑to‑leadership split, totaling 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Compensation Base Salary: $72,000–$80,000 annually Bonus potential: $2,600+ per year Optional sign‑on bonuses, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment program at select locations Location Location: 455 School St., #24 Tomball, TX 77375 Preferred Schedule Preferred Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8:00am‑7:00pm (4‑10's) but can be flexible Role Overview The Clinical Lead (CL) provides thorough diagnostic evaluations for children referred with potential speech, language, hearing, or swallowing disorders. With physician approval, the CL implements individualized treatment plans to help each child reach their highest level of communication and independence. Beyond direct patient care, the CL supports the planning, organization, supervision, and delivery of speech services, and collaborates with occupational and physical therapy teams. Clinical Leads typically reserve 20‑30% of their weekly schedule for leadership duties, depending on clinic size, staffing, and specific responsibilities.
