Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our Marketing team. We offer 401K employer match, Medical, Dental and Vision, PTO and company-sponsored events. Please keep in mind candidates must be drug-free and be a team player. Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level. Key Responsibilities Partner with digital marketing agencies to develop, execute, and optimize lead generation strategies across Paid Search, Local Service Ads, Programmatic, Display, Paid Social, Retargeting, and other digital channels. Serve as the internal owner of the company website, coordinating updates, landing page development, content implementation, and user experience improvements to maximize lead conversion. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, including lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, website traffic, engagement, and return on investment. Manage and optimize HubSpot, including forms, landing pages, workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, integrations, and marketing attribution reporting. Develop and implement local SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and market share within targeted service areas. Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles, local citations, and online listings while supporting review generation and reputation management efforts. Track key performance indicators, prepare regular performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and lead generation results. Monitor competitor digital activity, search rankings, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth, increased market visibility, and continuous improvement of the company's online presence. Meet and exceed performance goals. Ensure regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Operate safely in all conditions.
