Requirements:

MD or DO with active state license in Louisiana - (Required)
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred) - (Required)
1+ year experience with frail or elderly populations - (Required)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience - (Required)
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation - (Required)
Current BLS, CDS Certification, and DEA Registration - (Required)
