About the Position

RN - Outpatient / Outpatient Procedure Unit

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff within the outpatient procedure unit
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and independent professional judgment
• Apply perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy nursing competencies as applicable to the unit's patient population

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Background in perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy nursing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
