Change Control Specialist

responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive data retrieval, collection, and validation across internal systems (PLM, ERP, QMS) and external suppliers to support strict PEC regulatory requirements.
Create and manage Enterprise Change Notices (ECNs) within the Quality Management System to ensure compliance updates are properly documented and audit-ready.
Partner cross-functionally and engage directly with the supply base to request, track, and secure required material declarations and compliance certifications.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear data needs and perform detailed gap assessments to quickly resolve missing or inconsistent information.
Maintain project tracking dashboards and proactively standardize data collection workflows to continuously enhance the efficiency of global compliance efforts.
