Role: Sr Data Analyst & Automation (Python & SQL)
\nLocation: Omaha NE (Day 1 Onsite)

- Seeking a highly skilled data analyst with a strong technical foundation and a passion for data-driven problem solving. \n
- This role requires hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and Advanced Analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive automation across operational Workflows. \n
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
\n- \n
- Strong scripting and programming expertise in python for data analysis, automation, and scalable solutions \n
- Advanced proficiency in Sql for querying, data validation, and performance optimization \n
- Expert-level experience with excel, including complex formulas, Pivots, and Data Modeling \n
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly presenting technical findings to both technical and business audiences \n
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional team environments \n
- Demonstrated capability to identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality \n \n
- PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS: \n
- Experience building dashboards and analytics using tableau or similar bi tools \n
- Prior experience with PTC systems and energy management systems (ems), including leader and trip optimizer \n
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

- 10-12 Years of Hands-On Experience Developing Solutions In Python With A Strong Focus On Data Analytics And Automation \n

- Extensive Experience Delivering End To End Data Analytics Solutions, From Data Extraction Through Insights And Production Deployment \n
- Ability To Support, Enhance, And Troubleshoot Ems Platforms (Leader And Trip Optimizer) Through Data Analysis, Monitoring, And Continuous Improvement \n
- Self Driven, Detail Oriented Professional With A Strong Ownership Mindset And Commitment To Operational \n
