About the Position

Ace Handyman Services Oklahoma City North is hiring professional Carpenters, Handymen, and Craftsmen with multi-trade skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.  You’ll support homeowners and businesses across Oklahoma City, Arcadia, Cashion, Edmond, Guthrie, Jones and Piedmont. As part of our team, you'll work on a wide range of residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects throughout the Oklahoma City area. We schedule the work—you focus on delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Complete each stage of our Service Path, from evening‑before calls through job completion
• Build trust through active listening
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction before leaving every job

Craftsmanship & Repair

• Perform a wide variety of residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and small remodels to local and state code standards
• Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and flooring projects
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Install fixtures, doors, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry items
• Troubleshoot repair issues and determine the best solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and aesthetics in our customers’ homes
• Shop for materials when needed to complete the job
• Maintain accurate job documentation and complete work efficiently while upholding high quality standards

Technology & Operations

• Use ServiceTitan for estimates, invoices, photos, and job documentation
• Assist with scheduling adjustments and operational logistics
• Provide insights that help improve processes and customer experience
• Attend TEAM meetings and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of Craftsman or multi-trade experience
• A self‑starter with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset 
• Reliable truck or van (company vehicle may be provided)
• Own a standard set of professional and essential hand and powered tools
• Strong knowledge across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, flooring, basic plumbing and basic electrical
• Home inspection or estimating experience is a plus
• Experience estimating projects and understanding common material costs
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Lead Safe, WDEI, or Onyx Certifications are a plus

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Strong verbal communication; confident, professional, and empathetic 
• Curious and customer‑focused, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent active listening with the ability to ask good questions, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions

Technical Skills

• Comfortable learning new software and processes
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Work Schedule

• Available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Employment Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference verification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., work overhead, and safely operate tools
