Home Health RN — Care Plan Leader, Travel Ready

Elara Caring is seeking a registered nurse to manage home health caseloads, assess patients, plan and coordinate care, and ensure HIPAA compliance. The role requires an active RN license and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. You will travel up to 50% within the branch coverage area, with the ability to lift 50–100 lbs and operate a dependable vehicle.
