Operating Partner – Whataburger

Operating Partners lead restaurant teams, coaching and developing staff while overseeing hiring, training, and promotions. They manage daily operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and use performance data to drive results—all while inspiring their team to succeed.

As an Operating Partner, you'll:
- Lead and develop a team of Managers and Team Leaders
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
- Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
- Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to hit performance goals
- Track sales and expenses to drive profitability
- Recognize and reward your team's successes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (GM, AGM, or similar)
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and grow strong teams
- Hands-on leader who can run a busy, fast-paced operation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to get one)
- Valid driver's license
