We are looking for an enthusiastic Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team and inspire young gymnasts in a positive and engaging environment! Job Summary: As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you will work with children ages 18 months to 14 years and older, teaching fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe and encouraging environment. You will follow pre‑designed lesson plans and rotation schedules, ensuring structured and engaging classes for all skill levels. This role requires a patient, energetic, and team-oriented individual who enjoys working with children and fostering their physical and personal growth. Responsibilities: Lead recreational gymnastics classes for children 18 months to 14+ years in a safe, fun, and engaging manner. Follow provided lesson plans and rotation schedules to maintain class structure and progression. Demonstrate proper gymnastics techniques while ensuring student safety and skill development. Encourage and motivate gymnasts to build confidence and a love for movement. Provide clear instruction and positive feedback to students. Maintain a safe and clean gym environment by enforcing facility rules and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and fellow coaches. Assist with gym events, camps, and special programs as needed. Qualifications: Prior experience in gymnastics (coaching or participation) is preferred but not required—training will be provided. Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to create a fun and inclusive environment for all students.
