Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
We are seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses (OR RNs) for an exciting contract opportunity. The ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care within the surgical services department.
Contract Details
- Unit: Operating Room (OR)
- Start Date: October 26
- Duration: 16 weeks
- Shift: Rotating shifts
- Hours: 40 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of full-time staff OR RN experience required prior to any travel assignments.
- Experience as a circulating nurse is required.
- A valid Hawaii RN License is required to apply.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications are required.
- ASN or BSN degree essential.
- Specialty certification(s) such as CNOR are highly desired.
Compliance and Additional Information
- All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of application submission and remain valid throughout the duration of the contract.
- Requested Time Off (RTO) during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days, from Wednesday through Wednesday.
- Compliance paperwork must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date. Failure to meet this requirement may result in a delayed start while the end date remains fixed, leading to a shortened contract duration.
- Travelers will be expected to float to other areas within their skill set based on operational needs.
