CAD/RENDERING/AI Interior Architect

What You'll Do Produce 2D and 3D models and renderings for high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects Use AI image generation rendering plugins, and generative 3D/AI-CAD tools to speed up concepting and design development Work directly with the design team to translate concepts into buildable documentation Bring new AI tools and workflows to the table as the field evolves — this role has room to shape process, not just execute it What You Bring 3-5 years of experience as an interior architect, designer, or CAD/BIM specialist Working fluency in SketchUp, Revit, and Rhino Real experience using AI tools in a design workflow — not just curiosity about them An eye for detail and a bias toward finding the faster, smarter way to get to the finished product #J-18808-Ljbffr KEENA
