Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Golden, CO for the 2026–2027 school year . This position offers a manageable caseload of approximately 25 students across K–12 grade levels , providing an excellent opportunity to deliver individualized speech and language services while working in a collaborative educational environment.

With just one school site , this role offers consistency, strong staff relationships, and the ability to focus on helping students achieve their communication and academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12
• Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
