As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our operations team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Summary

The CDL Driver is responsible for the safe and timely operation of a flatbed truck for local deliveries of precast concrete fencing materials and related products. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with overtime opportunities. The driver will be home every night and will play a key role in ensuring our products reach job sites safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-conscious, and takes pride in representing Fencecrete professionally at every job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A flatbed truck for local deliveries throughout the San Antonio area and surrounding regions
• Load and unload cargo, including precast concrete fencing panels and related materials
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity logs and delivery documentation
• Operate a forklift for loading and unloading purposes (experience preferred)
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and job site contacts
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and cargo area

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Valid DOT Medical Certificate
• Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and DOT physical
• Experience operating a flatbed truck preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting and securing cargo
• Strong attendance record and commitment to punctuality
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
