Trauma Opportunities Our Surgical Inpatient units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Surgical Inpatient leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member.  Patient Population: TBI, Wound, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Gunshot Wounds, Falls, Psych, etc.; Trachs, Chest tubes, Wound vacs, multiple drains, & feeding tubes. Patient Ratios: ?1: 4-5 Number of Beds: 42 Unit selling points: Exposed to endless learning opportunities as you work closely with the treatment team to provide evidence-based care. Flexible scheduling. Significant comradery inside and outside work. 87% BSN prepared RNs. Collaboration across all disciplines  with Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy, Case Management, Trauma Residents, Trauma  Surgeons & Hospitalists which creates an atmosphere conducive to learning & optional patient outcomes. Qualifications

• At least 1yr Med/Surg/Tele RN experience
• Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program
• RN license
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
