What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
- Quickly assess patient conditions and prioritize interventions
- Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient responses to treatment
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate records in electronic health records systems
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software
- Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Certification in clinical specialty areas
