Were looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technician to join our ABA team! This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children, stays positive under pressure, and wants to make a meaningful impact. Youll work directly with clients, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, and helping each child reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment. What Were Looking For
- Must enjoy working with kids daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred.
- Positive, patient, and coachable able to take direction and apply feedback.
- Comfortable managing behaviors and staying calm in challenging moments.
- Willing to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision.
- Currently enrolled in or completed college (no high schoolonly applicants).
- Reliable and consistent this role requires working 5 days a week .
- RBT certification is a plus and earns a higher hourly wage .
- Work 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Run programs and goals every 7 minutes as outlined by supervisors.
- Collect accurate data during each session.
- Support with cleaning and sanitizing therapy spaces and materials.
- Follow supervisor direction and maintain professional communication.
- Keep sessions positive, structured, and engaging for each client.
- Assist with other tasks that support high-quality client care.
- Supportive, growth-focused environment.
- Hands-on ABA training and supervision provided.
- Opportunities to grow into Lead Technician or BCBA trainee roles.
- Supervision hours available for students working toward BCBA certification.
- Must be at least 18 years old enrolled or completed in a bachelors program.
- Must be able to be on time and fulfill job requirements.
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121 before starting.
- Must pass a background check.
