Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. As part of our Internship Program, you will have an opportunity to: Have hands on experience and project-based work Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting Lead an end of assignment presentation The Details Internship Program Timing: May 25th - July 30th, 2027 40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days Project-based work Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign-on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full-time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing. Areas of Opportunity User Experience - As a User Experience Intern for Ally's Auto consumer and Dealer teams, you'll blend research, content strategy, and human centered design to create best in class digital experiences for our customers and dealers. This role sits at the intersection of creative problem solving and financial innovation, where your ideas directly support the needs of the business and drive reach change for the people it serves. The Qualifications We’re Looking For Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program. Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility. Available for the full duration of the internship program. Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
