Computed Tomography Technologist
Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in New Brunswick, NJ as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and expertly operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for adult and occasional pediatric patients. Facility requires adherence to hospital policies, trauma-informed protocols, and established patient safety practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of strong trauma experience in hospital/acute care settings.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent.
- Required state licensure: New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) or state license required prior to start.
- Experience with Siemens CT systems highly preferred.
- Weekend coverage: every other weekend required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience with high-acuity or level-1 trauma centers.
- Prior travel or contract CT experience.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 21:00 - 07:30.
- Schedule Pattern: 4x10-hour nights.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required.
- May be required to float to other facilities within the client network.
