EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree from a program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association or equivalent required. Advanced degree or training strongly encouraged.
• One year clinical experience preferred. LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state of Washington, required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• 1. Ability to work with others and take direction.
• 2. Ability to work with a neuromuscular compromised patient.
• 3. Ability to be flexible to work settings with professional skills provided in the outpatient facilities, hospital environment, or nursing home setting.
• 4. Clinical skills required include: orthopedics, neurological, cognitive and manual skills.
• 5. Ability to make decisions and deal with a variety of detail.
• 6. Ability to take initiative and provide good judgment in problem solving.
