SKILLS REQUIRED:

Primary (Must-Have):

• 10–14 years of professional experience operating as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager within large-scale enterprise environments

• SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris): Deep functional and delivery management expertise steering complex customer experience (CX) and digital commerce platform implementations

• B2B Commerce Excellence: Documented success orchestrating high-volume B2B digital commerce solutions, storefront rollouts, and multi-year release roadmaps

• Agile Framework Mastery: Proven track record facilitating all core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement) utilizing Jira and Confluence

• Enterprise Ecosystem Integration: Comprehensive understanding of data flows, API management, and system interoperability across backend environments (ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain structures)

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Life Sciences & Regulatory Compliance: Direct experience managing technical projects within medical device or pharmaceutical spaces governed by strict FDA and ISO regulatory controls

• Commercial & Financial Acumen: Prior experience handling commercial project controls, including scope baseline management, resource effort estimation, and tracking project metrics/KPIs

• DevOps & Automation Culture: Working exposure to cloud automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and modern software release strategies

• Industry Certifications: Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or SAP Commerce Cloud certifications

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an elite, deeply experienced Senior SAP Commerce Scrum Master for an immediate, 100% onsite engagement based out of Raritan, NJ. This high-impact delivery role requires a hybrid leader who balances superior Agile project governance with strong technical familiarity in the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) ecosystem. Operating inside a heavily regulated Life Sciences framework, the selected consultant will lead cross-functional development squads, product owners, and architects to eliminate delivery bottlenecks. You will own the day-to-day velocity of high-priority B2B e-commerce platforms, driving transparency, operational compliance, and business value.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion Agile Governance: Lead and scale daily Scrum ceremonies for CX-focused engineering squads, fostering accountability, empirical planning, relative estimation, and continuous improvement practices

• Orchestrate SAP Commerce Delivery: Coordinate closely with technical architects, developers, and product managers to translate complex business roadmaps into clear, prioritized backlogs and production-ready user stories

• Manage Integration & Technical Alignment: Oversee technical alignment and mitigate delivery dependencies involving enterprise backend architectures, middleware APIs, ERP ledgers, and supply chain applications

• Track Metrics & Performance Reporting: Establish, monitor, and report on sprint health metrics, velocity, defect leakage, and delivery milestones to provide executive stakeholders with data-driven progress updates

• Enforce Regulatory Guardrails: Ensure all delivered technical solutions rigorously adhere to industry-specific data privacy laws, enterprise security protocols, and relevant healthcare/medical device validation rules

• Remove Blockers & Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify, track, and remediate technical impediments, cross-team dependencies, and timeline triggers to secure high-quality release commitments without friction
