AirMax Hospitality is a growing restaurant group that includes Roscioli, Tokyo Record Bar, Pearl Box, and a new 4th concept coming online in early 2027. The head bartender role is a leadership role for a bartender who delivers exceptional drinks and hospitality while running a tight, consistent bar operation.
What you'll do:
- Lead bar service on the floor, setting the standard for quality, speed, and guest experience
- Execute and help evolve the cocktail menu in partnership with the Beverage Director
- Train, mentor, and schedule the bar team, ensuring consistency across every shift
- Own bar inventory including ordering, par levels, receiving, and counts and manage pour cost
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Uphold each venue's distinct voice and hospitality style behind the bar
