American Welding & Gas is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead the Southwest region, accelerate profitable organic growth, and build a high-performing multi-location sales organization. The role requires strategic leadership, field coaching, and a data-driven approach to pricing, customer relations, and executive collaboration with Operations and Finance. Travel across the Southwest is expected.
