Radiation Therapist - Full-Time, Day Shift (near Snowflake, AZ)

Job Responsibilities

• Administer external beam radiation therapy to patients according to physician-prescribed treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain linear accelerator and simulator equipment, performing daily quality assurance checks.
• Prepare and position patients for treatment, ensuring accuracy and comfort throughout each session.
• Fabricate and use immobilization devices, perform CT simulations, and verify setup documentation.
• Maintain thorough and accurate treatment records, communicating any deviations or issues to the clinical team.
• Uphold strict radiation safety protocols and promote a culture of patient safety and excellence.
• Participate in chart reviews, tumor boards, and multidisciplinary care discussions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T).
• Active Arizona Radiation Therapist (CTT) license.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong technical skills with treatment planning systems, QA procedures, and patient documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and patient care skills.
